Jeremy Townsend is a poet and maverick restaurateur living in Oakland, CA. From tunnel driving under the South Pole to coconut trimming over South Beach, Jeremy’s career has covered quite a bit of ground. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters degree in Literature from the University of Newcastle in England. He loves playing Frisbee, singing the blues and random road tripping. He misses Florida’s lightning storms, the green hills of Ireland and his Granma’s Southern accent.
